Constantin Kogan, review of Adwivo Inc founder

Instead of business practices, they have business malices.

Angelo Gonzalez was by far most malicious, then Constantin Kogan, then Patric Singer, then Arlington Toyota, etc. From top to bottom.

Constantin Kogan, founder of Adwivo Inc from Brooklyn

Remote developers and freelancers, this guy is a joke! I worked with him through Upwork, and unfortunately had a (non guaranteed) manual time contract.. should have opted for milestones. Anyways, he tasked me with a challenging NLP project, multi-book summarization (try to find that online!), and expressed urgency, I put barely 3 days into the core algo, showed current results, pointed out it needs fixing, yet he decided he needs pay nothing. But that's not the crux of it. He actually told me he expected me to do this for free. Not only that, but that we were supposed to be partners and share IP.. without him investing any money. Guy is mental. I offered several arguments, cornered him with logic, and having no counter argument he decided to go mute. Essential, he is a guy who has no time for specifics of the project (i.e. he could not provide one example summary) as he manages three companies, yet expects *hired* freelancers to waste 3 days developing his ideas and working for free. What an enterpreneur! With slave labor, I guess he could manage few more companies.
