Dakmart and its owner Patrick Singer from Florida

Instead of business practices, they have business malices.

Angelo Gonzalez was by far most malicious, then Constantin Kogan, then Patric Singer, then Arlington Toyota, etc. From top to bottom.

Dakmart and its owner Patrick Singer from Florida

That I am not lonely unsatisfied customer, shows a report of the Better Business Bureau. Although Dakmart's ebay feedback score is impressive, they are using limitation of ebay feedback system. For example, I could provide feedback / dispute only for a month, and since I had to send a product back for replacement, I had no chance to express my dissatisfaction with the replacement. I could activate dispute only once, which I did for original product received, but had no chance to reactivate for further Dakmart actions. From the day of purchase, it took more than 2 months to get a working product. Also, they never sent me missing parts, and acted stupid whenever I reminded them of that. Their 'costumer service' is almost non-existant, and very aggressive. They have an attitude 'we have your money, and we fooled ebay system, and you can't do anything about it'.
